DATA DELETION

You can ask Anteater Pest Control, Inc. to review, correct or delete personal information associated with your inquiry or service. This page explains how to make a request. Our Privacy Policy describes the information we collect, how we use it and our retention practices.

1. Send your request

Email info@anteaterpest.com with the subject “Data Deletion Request.” Include:

  • Your full name.

  • The email address or telephone number you used when contacting us.

  • Approximate dates of your inquiry or service.

  • What you want deleted, such as contact details, inquiry messages, service records or photographs you supplied.

You can use the same email address to request access, a correction or a restriction on use. If you need help making a request, call 678-704-3349. Do not send passwords, payment-card numbers or sensitive identification documents in your initial message.

2. What happens next

We will review your request and may ask for information needed to locate your records, verify your identity or clarify its scope. We will explain the action taken or any limits that apply. Available rights and exceptions depend on applicable law and the records involved.

A request is not an automatic, immediate deletion of every record. If you have not heard from our team or need to clarify your request, contact the office using the details below.

3. Retention and records that may remain

We do not apply a fixed automatic deletion period to inquiry, customer, communication or service records. They can remain on file after an inquiry is resolved or service ends unless we specifically delete them or act on a deletion request. This also applies to images and messages sent to us.

Certain information may need to remain for legal obligations, billing or tax records, disputes, service administration, or honoring contact preferences. For example, retaining an opt-out record can help us avoid contacting someone who has asked us to stop. We will explain relevant limits when responding to your request.

4. Website providers and advertising information

Wix and the analytics, advertising and communications providers described in our Privacy Policy may hold information in their own systems. Your request to Anteater does not automatically erase information held independently by another provider. Provider privacy controls and retention practices may also apply. Tell us which interaction or information concerns you so we can review the request's scope.

5. Text messages and service changes

To stop customer-care text messages, reply STOP. A text opt-out and a data-deletion request are separate actions. To ask about SMS consent records, include that detail in your deletion request.

If you also need to cancel or change a service appointment or agreement, contact our office about that service request separately. Deleting information does not by itself resolve billing matters or change a service agreement.
