11. SMS Messaging Privacy
When a user voluntarily opts in, Anteater Pest Control, Inc. may collect the user's mobile phone number, consent status, consent date and time, acquisition URL, form version, and messaging history. We use this information only to provide customer-care communications concerning service inquiries, estimates, scheduling, appointment reminders, technician arrival, service updates, billing or account questions, and follow-up support.
We do not share, sell, rent, or provide mobile phone numbers, SMS opt-in data, or messaging consent to third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. We may disclose limited information to contracted service providers solely as necessary to operate our messaging system or when required by law.
Message frequency varies based on service activity. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to opt out or HELP for assistance. Opting out of text messages does not affect other services provided by Anteater Pest Control. This Privacy Policy does not itself constitute consent to receive text messages.
