01 / THE PEST PROBLEM

Pests we handle

Structural pest control means finding and managing pests in and around buildings. Contact us about the pests below. You don’t need to identify the pest before calling.

Ants

Cockroaches

Spiders

Earwigs

Crickets

Centipedes

Mice & rats

Fleas

Bed bugs

Tell us where you have seen activity, whether it is a new problem and whether it keeps returning. That gives us a starting point for discussing your property.

Ask which pests are included in the proposed service. This list does not mean every pest is covered by every agreement.

02 / YOUR PROPERTY

Pest control for homes and businesses

FOR YOUR HOME

Quarterly pest control.

Ask about quarterly home service if you want to discuss a recurring pest-control plan. We’ll explain the schedule, which pests are covered and the terms of your service agreement before you decide.

If you have a current pest problem, tell us when you contact us. Mention repeated activity and any concerns about children, pets or access to the property.

FOR YOUR BUSINESS

Recurring pest service.

Share the type of property, where pests have appeared and any access needs we should discuss. If a health inspection has raised a pest concern, tell us about that concern when you call.

Ask what the proposed service includes and how visits would be scheduled. Coverage depends on the agreement; it should be clear before service begins.

03 / BEFORE A VISIT

Before your service visit

We inspect the property before discussing a treatment approach. Start by telling us what you’ve noticed and whether the problem has happened before. Bring up questions about children, pets and areas that may be difficult to access.

01

Which parts of the property will the team need to access?

02

What preparation applies to the planned service?

03

When can you reenter any treated areas?

04

What is the visit schedule, and what does the agreement include?

Preparation and reentry instructions should match the service being discussed. Ask our team about the instructions for your visit rather than assuming every treatment has the same requirements.

04 / KNOW YOUR COVERAGE

Understand your coverage

Ask which pests, visits and services are included in your agreement. If you are unsure about a particular pest, raise it before arranging service.

Flying insects & mosquito service

Flying insects are not included in the general pest-control plan. Mosquito service requires a separate agreement.

Ask whether mosquito or pine caterpillar treatment is available for your property.

For termite inspections, termite letters and bait-system service, see our termite service page.

05 / FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS

Before you call.

A few details help us understand the pest problem and your property.

How much does pest control cost?

Your quote depends on the property, the pest problem and the scope of service. Contact our Duluth team to discuss what you’re seeing and compare the available options. Before booking, confirm the price, covered pests, included visits and any follow-up terms.

Do you offer free pest inspections?

Contact our Duluth office to confirm whether an inspection fee applies to your request before booking. We inspect the property before recommending a treatment approach. Call 678-704-3349 or use our Request Pest Control form to get started.

Do you offer an annual pest-control plan?

Yes. We offer a one-year household pest-control plan, as well as one-time household pest service. Our team can explain the visit schedule, covered pests and service agreement so you can choose the option that fits your home.

Is an annual pest-control plan worth it?

It depends on the problem and the service you want. A recurring plan may suit a home with repeated pest activity or an owner who wants scheduled service. A one-time visit may suit a specific current concern. Compare the total price, covered pests and follow-up terms before deciding; no plan covers every pest.

What should I know about pest control around children and pets?

Tell us about children, pets and any special concerns when requesting service. Before treatment, ask which products will be used, what to prepare and when people and pets may return to treated areas. Follow the product-label directions and the instructions for your specific visit; preparation and reentry requirements vary by treatment.

Which pests does Anteater handle?

Contact us about ants, cockroaches, spiders, earwigs, crickets, centipedes, mice, rats, fleas and bed bugs. The pests included in your service depend on the agreement. Flying insects are excluded from the general pest-control plan, and mosquito service requires a separate agreement. Flea and bed bug services have their own scope and follow-up terms.

Do you offer ongoing pest prevention?

Yes. Ask about recurring household pest control and the visit schedule for your property. Our team can discuss treatment and conditions that may contribute to recurring activity. Between visits, covered trash, sealed food, repaired leaks and fewer entry gaps can help reduce pest opportunities. Prevention and covered pests depend on your service agreement; no plan covers every pest or guarantees a pest-free home.

What if pests return after service?

Contact our office and tell us what you’re seeing. The one-year household pest-control plan includes two callbacks; one-time household pest service does not include callbacks. This callback policy does not apply to specialty services such as flea or bed bug treatments. The covered pests, scope and terms of your signed service agreement govern.
