We respect your right to control your personal information. If you have used our services and wish to have your data removed from our records, please follow the instructions below.

1. How to Request Data Deletion

Send an email to info@anteaterpest.com with the subject line:

Data Deletion Request

In your email, please include:

* Your full name
* Your contact information (phone number and/or email address used with our services)
* The approximate date(s) of your interaction or service with us

2. Processing Time

Once we receive your request, we will confirm receipt within 5 business days and delete your data within 30 days, unless we are legally required to retain it.

3. What Data Will Be Deleted

* Customer contact details (name, phone, email, address)
* Service history records related to your account
* Any uploaded media (photos, videos) submitted to us for service purposes

We may retain minimal records required by law (e.g., billing or tax documents) for the legally mandated retention period.
